  Residential Program Intake Requirements


  • Ladies must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Non-Smoker.
  • Test negative for prescription psychotropic, psyscho-theraputic and narcotic medications.
  • Desire for a radical change in lifestyle.
  • Must be willing to participate in all required classes and groups as designated by the Center.
  • Able to climb stairs.

​    Capstone is a zero-tolerance Center and not a place where women can got to "recharge their batteries" and then return to      their dysfunctional lifestyle. 



  Non-Residential Program Intake Requirements


  • Participants are required to maintain sobriety (submit to random drug tests).
  • Committed to participate in and complete recommended courses.
  • Must be dressed and groomed appropriately.
  • Must be prompt. 
  • ​Non-Smoker.
