               The Light House Learning Center



​         Healthy Living Skills:Taught by a registered nurse, the ladies will receive instruction on how to establish and  maintain diets and plans that will benefit them.



     Jobs for Life: These classes are taught and conducted by instructors who are knowledgeable in the business environment and familiar with sources for employment opportunities and include:

  • Pre-Employment Preparation (Including resume and interview techniques)
  • Proper Business Attire Guidance
  • Job Search Guidance
  • Job Retention Techniques
  • Business Etiquette

    Life Skills Management: These activities are conducted by instructors that are knowledgeable in like skills and include:

  • Straight Paths For Life
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Parenting
  • Open Share Groups
  • Functional Share Groups

     Counseling Services: Clients receive individual and group counseling, as directed by Dr. Oscar Ramirez.​
